This presentation highlights on the new dimension of WOU Library digital library services where the library has built public-access institutional and federated repositories on open educational resources (OER). It is aimed to share the experience gained and feasibility of using the WEKO software as a content management system. The library has also further developed an internal-access repositories for storing University vital records using the Japanese open source software, WEKO.
