This presentation highlights on how Wawasan Open University's institutional repository is setup using the Japanese home grown open source repository software named WEKO. It also provides some pointers on how network can be supported and develop elsewhere and how WOU can participate in GLOBE (Global Learning Object Brokered Exchange)
