This presentation discusses on the development process of OER-based material, how quality assurance is implementation on courses developed. As OER based course material incorporates content re-used under the Creative Commons license, the full course material must be made freely available to the public with additional caveat added. It also highlight the benefits of OER-based courses for the institution.
