Description
This course guide introduced to an overview of quality management. It also focuses on leadership theories and the role of quality professionals. Unit 2 will identify internal and external customers for an organisation. Unit 3 will learn the importance of quality in the context of human resources management. Unit 4 will concentrate on tools and techniques for quality management such as idea generating tools, process and root cause analysis tools, data collection and analysis tools, planning tools and continuous improvement tools. The last Unit look at the history of ISO, ISO certification and documentations.
