Description
This course guide begins with the assumption, CAPM and APT are developed to explain the relationship between risk and return. Unit 2 introduces an in-depth analysis on fixed income securities. Unit 3 deals with a combination of debt and equity and dividend policy of firm. Unit 4 designed to acquaint with the valuation of options, warrants and convertible bonds. The last Unit will exposes the rationality of company mergers and acquisition from the quantitative and qualitative perspective.
