Description
This course guide introduces to the legal environment in which Malaysian companies operate. Unit 1 will guide to deals with the formation of company and the constitution of company.Unit 2 deals with the raising of capital for a company. Unit 3 focuses on the management and administration of a company. Unit 4 covers three aspects i.e., company meetings and procedures; majority control and the protection of the minority shareholders; and related party transactions. The last Unit describes the laws dealing with company transformation, receivership and winding up.
