The intention is unlimited online participation and open access via the web. WOU also understands the need to equip the teachers with the skills to inquire into a particular issue of current concern, with the aim of implementing a change in a specific situation, thus enabling them to reflect on their own classroom practice and improve it. This Action Research course will facilitate and guide participants through their action research process. Upon completion of this course, participants will be able to understand the concept of action research, ways to write and action research report, design an action research for improving practice, understand the process of data collection and data analysis, role of reflection in action research and prepare an action research proposal.
