It also shares and examines some pioneer and exemplary efforts in inventing the “next generation” higher education and explores how we can create an ecosystem that enables universities and colleges to build necessary capacity for professional development and educational support, especially in terms of promoting the sustainable development and mobility of human resources. Finally, how we can deal with some of the challenges in relation to “free trade” in globalized higher education and how best we can share and accumulate educational resources and knowledge of practice will be explored and examined.
