The project was triggered by the high textbook price which Hong Kong has faced for decades, but its development was also found to provide many other benefits to Hong Kong particularly in the enhancement of teaching and learning in the digital era. Against this background, this paper reports on the initial feedback collected from the potential users and contributors of the project.
