Unit 1 consist philosophy and theory of literature. Unit 2 consists notions about literary language. Unit 3 consists critical theories and teaching literature. Unit 4 consist material selection and adaptation for teaching literature in the Malaysian classroom. The last Unit consists assessment in the Malaysian literature classroom.
