	<swrc:abstract xml:lang="en">This course guide introduces assessment is an integral part of education, first and foremost, serves the purpose of supporting teaching and learning. Unit 2 assessment plays a pivotal role in how teachers teach and how students learn. One of the aspects that concerns student is the development of their own learning andprogress. Unit 3 emphasises on practical aspect of assessment by focusing on planning and implementing assessment projects. Unit 4 assessment techniques are evaluation methods that serve two purposes. The last Unit provide feedback on effectiveness on the delivery method in teaching and should work as a catalyst for student learning.</swrc:abstract>
